Carlos Castro ( SU Cafe Manager)
The AIT SU Cafe team of the January 2011 semester was composed of 7 Portuguese members, who had been in AIT since the previous semester (August 2010) for a 2 semester interchange program between Asia and Europe. All of these students came from the same University and also from the same field (Industrial Electronics) being friends since the beginning of the college experience which gave the team the confidence that they could perform a great job serving the AIT community in proving a place where people can go to relax from a hard work week, meet their friends to spend some time together and generally have a lot of fun together listening to good music, dancing and celebrating the culture diversity that AIT has to offer. With a party each Friday night, including special parties like Carnival’s party or the White party, SU Café offered everyone some 16 good Fridays to be spent at AIT. I personally leave here my appreciation to all the people who somewhat contributed for the success of this team.
“Now here are the thoughts of who gave a lot of work, passion and enthusiasm while working for the AIT SU.”- Adriano Carvalho
